Zen Yin Flow: a relaxing flow to open up the main joints of the body and prepare the mind for sleep. Breathing practices are slow and deep. *This booking is for a Private 1 on 1 appointment (appointment last an hour and a half). *Private classes will be very intensive and personal to the person. *Private classes require a consultation before hand by Yogi Quinn.
